Your lounge is tastefully decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind, and is at the back of the house for privacy.
The entrance is from the balcony through the French doors and it’s 203 square feet or 19 square meters in size. Centrally heated it has dual aspect views of the surrounding countryside and gardens, including your own private one. It’s perfect for 5 people to relax in, and the door leading from the other side of the lounge takes you into the hall and the other rooms in the apartment.
The lounge comprises of ample sockets including some with USB ports, fireplace with electric fire to top up the central heating when appropriate, a 32" television with Freesat and a DVD player, soft leather corner settee, 2 tub chairs, cane chair, sideboard, coffee table, two drawer units and table lamps. To enhance your stay there is also a welcome folder full of information, books and leaflets about the area regarding places to visit, things to do and see. Reading books, jigsaws and a jigsaw roll mat, chess set and board, assorted board and card games, children's books, colouring books and pencils.
