Kitchen / Dining room

The kitchen / dining room has a laminate floor with a cosy mat in the dining area and central heating for added comfort.
For your convenience there is an electric Stove, cooker hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink with mixer taps and draining board, toaster, electric kettle, bread bin, clock, chalk memo board, chopping and bread boards, Acacia wooden knife block with 5 Sabatier knives made of high carbon German steel, a Sabatier professional carving knife set (carving knife, fork and honing steel), a Russell Hobbs black self-basting roasting tin, 2 piece baking tray set, cutlery and cooking utensils and an assortment of pots and pans (some of which can be found in the Utility room cupboard). Also included is a swing bin for rubbish, mop bucket and an assortment of cleaning materials.

For your safety there is also a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket (with a small first aid kit in the Utility room).

The dining area is cosy and includes a dining table with 4 chairs (additional chairs can be found in the bedrooms), a flat screen TV, 3 pin sockets with USB ports, fruit bowl, table cloths, napkins, place mats, coasters and a ‘lazy Susan’ with teas, coffee and cruets.
